Our Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase! Because we ship directly from our global manufacturing partners to keep our prices low, we enforce the following return policy:

The Window: You have 14 days from the exact date of delivery
(as shown by your tracking number) to request a return. Requests made after 14 days will unfortunately not be accepted.
- Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Restocking Fee: All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your final refund amount.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received flat-rate shipping, our standard $5.99 delivery fee is non-refundable and will not be included in your refund. Customers are also responsible for paying their own return shipping costs to our warehouse.
- How to Start a Return: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer listed on the package. To initiate a return, please email us at [yoinkedshop@protonmail.com] with your order number and proof of delivery. We will provide you with our designated return warehouse address.
