- Shipping Rates at Checkout: Shipping fees are calculated dynamically based on your order details and location. Please note that not all items qualify for free shipping. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
- Processing & Transit Times: Because we partner with global manufacturers to bring you the best prices, items are shipped directly from our overseas warehouses. Orders typically take 1–3 business days to process, and delivery generally takes 7–15 business days depending on your location.
- Multiple Packages: If you order multiple different items, they may be shipped from different fulfillment centers. This means your items may arrive in separate packages at slightly different times.
- Tracking Your Order: You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number as soon as your package is dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update.
- Return Shipping Fees: If you choose to return an item within our 14-day return window, a $5.99 flat-rate return fee will be deducted from your final refund to cover administrative handling, alongside our standard 10% restocking fee. Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
